List and describe 5 ways to effectively communicate with other drivers. This is a type 2 writing



1. Flash your headlights, this could let other people know that they need to turn theirs on.

2. Sounding (honking) your horn, this could let them know if they are doing something wrong or to let them know that something else is wrong.

3. Your brake lights. This lets people know that you are slowing down or stopping.

4. Turning on your turning signals. This lets people know that you are going to be turning, pulling out, or switching lanes.

5. lane position. Using lane positions tell people if you want them to pass, or if something is in the road that you need to avoid.
